Film the visitors desperate to escape planet earth who are willing to risk turning into canned food, incinerated, or hired as factory employees in exchange for freedom - each outcome's potential impacts being debated upon by all involved.
Manage the factory floor, build new facilities and upgrade the research center efficiently with limited resources available to you. Make sure everything runs smoothly before taking the ship into space!
Hire staff with unique traits, fears and prejudices; promote hard workers while rewarding them with improved amenities; as for lazy ones - those can be sent directly into an isolated corner of the factory for punishment.
Staying organized when handling orders from competing organizations requires keeping tabs on both of them while meeting weekly quotas to please your superiors and stay alive as long as your contribution makes an impactful statement about who and what matters to you.
