Disciples II: Gallean's Return is a compilation edition that contains both Disciples II: Dark Prophecy as a base game and both standalone expansion packs: Guardians of Light and Servants of the Dark.
Disciples II: Guardians of the Light is an individually sold expansion pack for Disciples II that gives players access to its fantastical world as either Imperialists or Mountain Clans.
The Empire is in decline from within as self-appointed rulers vie for control of an empty throne while an oppressive Inquisition spreads misery throughout humanity's lands, prompting revolt and discord among many nations. Meanwhile, Clans recover from near destruction to begin uniting their tribes again as divine guidance leads them on a search for ancient rituals which allow communication with Wotan their god.
Disciples II: Servants of the Dark is an independent expansion which immerses you into an endless battle for supremacy between either Undead Hordes and Legions of Damned forces.
On the darker side, Legions of Damned initiate a plan to spread Bethrezen's plague across Nevendaar. Sensing that Elven god is being revived again, they act swiftly to usurp its power for themselves. Mortis and her Undead Hordes play an integral part in this war... Gallean had abandoned her when she had turned into such an awful monster... Now Mortis would teach Gallean an unforgettable lesson... with Mortis taking out Gallean with Mortis' Army of Undead Hordes... Features
