Los Suenos, while still a place where one can find riches, is becoming increasingly difficult to access for more people. The city sprawls with high-rise apartments, decaying housing and a criminal underworld that has taken advantage of it like a parasitic worm. This is what Chief Galo alvarez says. In a city that is struggling to stay afloat, the LSPD's SWAT team and lawful actions are essential in preventing this fragile social fabric from breaking.

David 'Judge' Beaumont, the commander of the LSPD's SWAT team, has been enlisted by Chief Alvarez to help combat the violent crime wave that is sweeping Los Suenos. The LSPD confirmed shortly after this announcement that it is actively recruiting for new talent to be part of this specialized tactical unit. Its mission? To bring peace to Los Suenos.

Los Suenos Policed Department posted official details about Commander "Judge Beaumont"'s new assignment to the LSPD SWAT Team:

No more old expectations: Los Suenos has evolved, and with it the methods and tools we use to conduct our business. You may have heard or seen about haunts, but we have reimagined them. We have also changed the angle from which we respond to each case. We've also received information identifying at least four new districts with high risk that may need future intervention. At least four existing districts have undergone massive changes.

Assume Command: It is the role of the LSPD SWAT Commander to select a team of unique talent, issue tactical orders, plan meticulously, and execute missions. The commander is responsible for the mental and physical well-being of their team and all missions. Untreated mental decline can lead to officers being unable to perform their duty or feeling compelled quit. Incapable officers could be unable to perform their duties temporarily, and the possibility of a fatality can lead to permanent losses. In unusual situations, SWAT commanders may make fatal mistakes based on their individual decisions. This could lead to their permanent death.

SWAT Quality Improvement: The LSPD's SWAT team has improved in terms of training, tactics and overall experience. This is a result of the much-anticipated improvements in SWAT procedures and tactics. Our officers can now take on challenges with confidence and newfound independence, thanks to their increased tactical versatility. SWAT officers can now take advantage of additional training to maintain their muscle memory and foundational knowledge.
